Home Depot associate Ryan G was an excellent professional when I asked him to cut 10 feet of vinyl. I've been to hundreds of stores across the country, and I've rarely seen someone so polite and helpful. Ryan truly deserves to be happy and recognized for his work.

Customer service is horrible. According to them, 20 bags of 50 lb cement (1000 lb total) are not heavy enough to put it in a pallet and use forklift. So they said I have to pull this cart to my truck and load it all by myself because their employees just lazy and try to ignore me. I ordered online and this happened when I came to pick up. Never go this location again.

This is my store. I own my own business in home remodeling and license electrician. I go to this store 3 are 4 times a day. It's not a project unless you make at least 2 trips to the Homedepot. Lol

I had placed an order for pick-up, yet there were issues when I arrived. The 5 stars are for Chris, who made everything right, and Alex who was also very polite and helpful. Thank you Chris for saving the day. And thank you Alex for being so kind and helpful as well.

I wish to recognize a young employee named Ryan. The young man greeted me as I entered the store and led me to two different locations to help find exactly what I needed. He was a very friendly, pleasant young man. I predict Ryan will be managing the store one day!
