The Home Depot

We purchased a new refrigerator on December 20th. The gentleman who waited on us at Home Depot was wonderful, however .The delivery was to be at our home December 24th. It wasn't delivered then due to a truck " break down". The delivery,then ,was supposed to be December 26th, no delivery. There was a " mix up". Now it's 3 days away from original delivery date, December 24th. The delivery company called and will deliver our refrigerator Saturday the 27th. No refrigerator then either,"weather". This refrigerator is to be delivered Monday , December 29th. I'm am very disappointed in this delivery chaos. We had no refrigerator Christmas Eve and still waiting. If it doesn't get here December 29,it may be time to contact Better Business.

I went to the Home Depot in Rutland this afternoon with my contractor to purchase about $4,000 worth of materials for a bathroom remodel. From the start, it was obvious no one in the store had any interest in helping us. The most common response we got from employees was, “I don’t care.” When I went to check out, the head cashier accused me of theft and threatened to call the manager. The manager then threatened to call the police. I stayed calm and told them to go ahead—because once the police arrived, they’d see there was no crime being committed. I paid for my purchase, and the transaction was immediately approved by the credit card company. Despite that, the manager accused me of using a stolen credit card—though it was a platinum card in my own name, matching my Vermont driver’s lic

New winter store hours: closes at 8pm on Sundays. Just drove to the store today (Sunday) and it is closed at 7:45 pm. Was a long drive at the only time I could make it and I feel my time was wasted because store closes at inconsistent hours against what is listed.

They had really good deals.Even close out , deals where you don't usually see like this at most home depots

Stopped by the paint Dept and there was no associate there for a few minutes. A very nice young lady at self checkout (across the aisle) saw that I was waiting and asked me if I would like her to get someone to help me. An associate came immediately. A young woman came and was able to duplicate some custom colors just from a picture of a VERY OLD label on a can. Ian made sure the new paint cans were a perfect match! Great customer service by all involved. Thank you!! Will be back.
