I recently went to this location to pick up a vacuum for my daughter’s first solo apartment, and left with more than that! As a woman, I admit I don’t navigate HD nearly as well as I do HomeGoods. Luckily I was saved by Alberto who sensed I needed some guidance. He was patient and genuine, something that I find to be so rare in retail culture today. This is the best location, as everyone from managers to checkout assistants were also pleasant! However, I will always look for Alberto when I visit! Thank you for a great experience!

Customer service is so important to me. At first some fair request experience challenges in the 1st line, but the team is friendly and eaguer to listen and help, and call the store manager for an uncommon situation. Thanks Nicole for taking a proactive approach and solution towards my 2 different cases.

I went here randomly on January 6th around 4:30 pm. I must say I've had one of the best experience yet at a Home Depot. Starting in the parking lot, I was greated by an elderly gentleman who I believe is named Frank( I could be wrong as I'm horrible with names but not faces as well as someone who I think should be a man enjoying his retirement and not having to work, which is not being bias of his age but thinking I wouldn't want to see someone I love not having to work just to pay their bills. I could be completely wrong in my observation and maybe he just likes working to be around people and have a conversation with others, not sure) but he was so kind and pleasant and made the start of my shopping experience great, I should also note that every interaction I had while in the store wa

Ted at Appliances did an outstanding job helping us purchase our new Samsung washer. He was very charismatic, attentive to our needs, and took the time to clearly explain the warranty process. Those details often go overlooked, but Ted was diligent in outlining the pros and cons, making the entire experience easy and reassuring. Dave also helped us by highlighting the differences between washer models, which made our decision much easier.

Just want to shout out to Kimberlee Yonkers about the great service she gave us shopping last evening in theSalem NH store. We needed help with a microwave oven trying to decide which one to choose. She went all thru the options and was very patient and very professional, Thank You Home Depot for serving your customers with the awesome people you hire.
