I have been shopping with Home Depot for many years and this experience on New Years day will probably leave a lasting impression. From the time my husband and I entered the door of the Salisbury MD store we were met with so many helpful sales person s. We required services from many different departments like paints, plumbing, woodwork and product pickup from the Pros desk and each encounter was excellent. Everyone was pleasant, helpful and patient. They took time to listen to our needs and directed us to fulfilling them. Every corner we turned there was someone there to assist. Kudos Salisbury store! The perfect example of "excellent customer service".

Wow. The customer service team was amazing. I recently helped my elderly parents with a return of a product they purchased in 20/4. Luckily, they still had the receipt and the item was still being sold. The CS team went above and beyond to help my parents. They weren’t able to get a refund but this team made everything right. Thank you for provide great service at competitive prices.

First time in this store. Needed to pick up some items for work while in Salisbury. The place was organized and easy to navigate through. I was there early in n the morning so there were few customers in there. Prices were decent and variety was good. It was during Christmas time so they had a good variety of Christmas decorations and animatronics. It is located right off Rte 13 but tucked towards the back of the shopping center, so you need to drive towards the rear to see it. They do have a tenant panel on the pylon along the road.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Home Depot. Customer service was almost nonexistent—finding help felt like a scavenger hunt, and when I did, the assistance was rushed and unhelpful. The store was disorganized, items were out of stock or in the wrong place, and checkout took far longer than it should have. For a store this size, I expected better efficiency and basic customer care. I won’t be returning unless there’s a serious improvement.

Bought a frig, stove , and washer on Black Friday.. As the delivery date approached I received numerous notifications reminding me of the date and time of delivery and to have my old appliances removed to make room for the new ones. So when I took off work and sat around waiting for the delivery I was expecting to show up and it didn’t I called to ask why I was told it’s on the way I sat around patiently waiting it still never showed up. But rest assured the next day I did get a phone call from a computer informing me my delivery was postponed and rescheduled for another date without even asking me if I was available for that time.. lol.. anyway I asked for a refund and got my money back in about 2 or three weeks.. oh look another computer replied to my review with a response generated f
