LI’ve shopped here many times and while the store itself is fine, the way management treats employees is uncomfortable to witness as a customer. I’ve personally seen managers speak down to staff, dismiss concerns, and create a tense environment on the floor. The employees are clearly working hard and trying their best, but morale seems very low—and it shows. No customer wants to shop somewhere where workers are visibly stressed or disrespected. Corporate should really look into the management culture at this location.”

This is our neighborhood home Depot we've loved it for like the last 3 years. I've done a lot of DIY projects for home using them. However, something shifted with the employees.... During self-checkout a guy working approached us and forcibly took the clicker from our hands and checked out for us. After we declined help. So bizarre. Never have had that happen in my whole life. I guess we'll be going to Lowe's now.

I recently came in to make an exchange without a receipt. The lady who helped my father and I seemed to struggle a little bit with getting it done quickly, efficiently and with good will. My father was patient, however I didn’t love that. Self-check out can be a bit chaotic, but associate Brandy was fabulous and helped us get out of there as quickly as possible. Will I return? Likely because of location and because of associates like Brandy!

I frequent Home Depot for house and yard projects but mainly for plants. I love plants and check the store for new types of plants every month. I bought the piping in the pictures below to make some of my plant hangers.

Today my family and I picked out a Christmas tree! Austin was extremely helpful with teaching us how to put the stand together + helping us cut our tree. Great experience!
