The Home Depot

Went there for a smokeless fire pit since it was colder in Florida then normal and in Michigan we love our bonfires and at first couldn't find one, but a kind patron pointed us in the right direction. It works great. The store was very organized and clean. But to find that pit was a challenge. But our overall experience was good.

25 years ago, I tried to get a riding mower delivered from a Home Depot. They didn't show up nor call and were not amenable to rescheduling so that I didn't have to take off work again. I swore never to order from Home Depot again. But this week, the salesman there was exceptional in helping me so I ended up ordering from them. Appliances were supposed to be delivered this morning. The email said between eight and nine, but when I got up, the email said between 623 and 723 so I rushed and got the refrigerator unloaded. At about 715 I got a call from a delivery person that they would be here in 30 minutes. I live in a mobile home park that has about 600 units. It's hard to find with just a lot number so I told him I would text him directions, which I did but at the bottom I added a 911 add

Terrible location >>>>GO TO LOWES<<<<<...BETTER PRICES AND EMPLOYEES THAT actually know what customer service is or even asking hey do you need help.At homedepot they just all walk around and not say a word till you approach them IIIFFFFFFF you can find any of them. When I did find one he was so rude he obviously doesn't like his job or doesn't care to do it correctly. I waited 30 minutes after this rude worker said he was getting someone. Then when I decided to go to the manager which was a little old lady she didn't say much which wasn't surprising cause look at her employees. Who doesn't love Home Depot! Even if home improvements aren't your thing to DIY just all the possibilities are cool as hell to browse through! Just find something small trust me you'll enjoy fixing or replacing something with your own 2 hands! Today I was just picking up a delivery but service is always on point!

This Home Depot is located on the North end of Redmond and has been a go-to DIY location for many years. The store offers a diverse selection of products from various brands across multiple departments. I enjoy the garden center for Spring through Fall plants and decor in Central Oregon. The seasonal area is accessible on the left when you enter the store. Locating associates in the store can sometimes be a challenge.
