I am writing to report an unpleasant experience I had at your store today. As a regular customer, I always appreciate good service, but during my recent visit, the cashier at the payment counter spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner. I greeted her politely with “Hey, how are you?” and her response was unprofessional and disrespectful. This made me feel uncomfortable and undervalued as a customer. I believe every customer deserves basic courtesy, especially when they approach staff with respect.

I came into Home Depot on 12/5/25 around 7pm. If there was an option for 0 stars I would rate this location 0. I got helped by a lovely gentlemen by the Christmas lights I wasn’t able to catch his name but he was very helpful and informative. I then went to make a return and a old woman named Joan was there at the counter when I asked if they do exchanges she gave me an attitude and was extremely rude I then made my return and she gave me dirty looks. I’ve never experienced this going to a Home Depot before everyone is always helpful and nice. Will not be returning back to this location.

Always great prices and excellent customer service… the best place for all your home projects as well as business projects.

Terrible service they had us waiting over an hour for a microwave we wanted to purchase but they had no one to bring it down from the top shelf. They kept saying 20 mins but in the end the employee who worked in appliance was clueless on when they would arrive and just continued to talk to the people he was attending. Leaving us in the dark, we ended up leaving frustrated and no microwave.
