Jake helped me almost immediately stepping out of my vehicle, explained where to go and park to return a load of heavy tiles. Helped me unload them all which meant so much since I damaged my spine recently. Kaylon helped me through the return process making it quick and easy. I was dreading going back to try and carry these all and having to grab the correct ones of the shelf. Another young man walked right by and offered to place them in my cart. Headless to say everyone there was so helpful and made the process a breeze. Thank you you all and your kind staff

Bought a microwave and the installation and mandatory delivery fee ($170 + $50) were more than the price of the microwave. The installation took less than 10 minutes, including unpackaging the new microwave. Installation was not available if I picked up the microwave at the store in an effort to avoid the additional delivery fee. No Veteran's discount on appliances (i.e. anything expensive). Had to go to another department to find a sales associate, the lone sales associate in Appliances was busy....

I went in looking for something small and specific to help make sure my room environment is suitable for my chinchilla. Walking in, I didn't know where to even start, but an employee promptly asked if I needed help with anything without any sexist vibes. He found what I needed quickly and was friendly and kind. Wonderful experience and great customer service!

Best Home Depot location ever! Today I went in and Mel and Rick were awesome in helping me grab a shower door! Staff is always friendly and helpful!

I have been a 12+ year customer and fan of the Shakopee Home Depot store. Until recently this has been a great store. Apparently a couple months ago they brought in a new manager and the Place has gone to crap. Product is inconsistent, stocking wax attention, the store is a mess, the employers are unhappy, and it shows. I recommend going to the nearby Burnsville or Eden Prairie locations. THE SINGLE BRIGHT SPOT is Alvin in Appliances. Such a knowledgeable, genuine and joyful man :-)
