I had a wonderful trip to Home Depot this morning. Jonathan was super helpful from start to finish. He helped me find the salt, a cart to load it all on, and he even offered to come outside and help me load it into my car. More people should be like Jonathan

The customer service in the rental tool department is very very poor. When I rented a rug clearned, the employee never showed or explained what to clean or how to clean it or remove the part to clean it. Then when I returned the rug cleaner the employee that took back the rental doesn't know how to talk to customers with respect and started to use words like comman sense, and started to say that my rugs have bugs, then when I called him out for being disrespectful and said I was calling the home office to file a complaint, he then wanted to retract his comments and say that's not what he meant. So how do you know what you need to clean or how to clean it if they don't show you or explain it to you, so when you do try to clean it on your own and figure it out on your own if you damage somet

I really want to acknowledge the unprecedented help that I received today from Michelle at the flooring department, She spend at least 30 minutes, trying to find the hardwood floor I’m looking for she made multiple calls, and when I asked her not to worry about it anymore, she did not quit, she continued looking until she found the product. Then she made a call to the store in Canada to get me the Internet ID number for the Birch Hardwood I don’t usually write reviews, but I do when I feel someone is exceptionally helpful.
