Super helpful staff! I was seeking some help with an appliance light fixture that I broke the lamp removing. Without the proper tools to remove the bulb, I pulled the entire unit and went to Home Depot. Thank goodness for Nairobi!!! She was great. She helped me find the right bulb and she used her needle nose pliers to remove the old bulb base for me. She helped me find a 3-way bulb for my floor lamp and suggested some inexpensive pliers. I bought them. Hire more associates like her and give her a corporate attaboy! Thanks!

Lately my visits to this store have been great. There seems to always be someone available to help when I need it. I wanted to call out one particular employee, Denar, who is always extremely pleasant to speak to. You can't always expect people in customer service roles to actually be friendly these days but she is the exception. Thank you for the great customer service. I look forward to shopping again soon.

Had an issue with pellet delivery. Delivery driver had a full truck load of pellets and takes the one pallet that’s damaged and dumping out pellets. You can see on my cameras it waterfalling out all over truck, twenty foot radius in my driveway, and then when he sets it down by my garage doors. What a mess to come home too! 1-800 Customer service is a joke says from the picture driver took it doesn’t look damaged and I’m like well at least he was smart there and took the picture from the front view not showing damage. Somersworth HD was AMAZING both Connor and Shawna 100% was about the customer and made things right. In the end it all works out but all could’ve been avoided if he left the damaged pallet of pellets on truck to bring back to the store instead of delivering it to myself or an

Check out is a joke. The self checkout is so bad that I was close to leaving everything there and going somewhere else. The scan gun must have been made in the 80's
