The Home Depot

This store is so poorly run. You can start with how they store their sheet goods. If you like them wavy, you're in the right place! Or maybe try to call ... let's see it's been 25 minutes. At the 7 minute mark someone told me to hold. I only go to this Home Depot when I have no other choice. I'd rather pay more at OSH and get some help.

I think the website is best when shopping at home Depot. You can't find anyone to help you, so why go to the store at as all? I was looking for a fan/light combination for out kitchen. Maybe 20 to choose from in the store and over 5,000 online. I'm going to skip the drive next time.

Updated (3 stars): this is still going to cost me an additional $1000 dollars, maybe more so to have the contractor modify the framing for the thicker track he didn't have due to Home Depot's mess up, but at least they finally did something. I contacted support when the Home Depot rep responded to this review. The person that contacted me in response to the support request was fantastic. They quickly got in touch by phone, and then by email when they couldn't reach me (I was traveling). They were very responsive, and sent me the correct part free of charge since the issue was clearly tracked to Home Depot millwork. Waited at the paint desk for 40 min. One guy was working behind it and it we were the only ones in line and never even got acknowledged. Asked the return ppl for help after 20 min they announced that we where there n if someone could come help and then they watch the guy at the paint desk continue to ignore everyone that is waiting (2 other families lined up with us by this point) Ended up going to ace hardware n paying twice the price but at least it only took 10 min. The manager at this store need to do something about their paint department.

I was getting help by one of the loaders I believe his name is Nate, he was helping me in the lot loading my car but during the whole duration he was making small inappropriate comments that were very unprofessional and uncomfortable. This happened around a week or so ago, I don't remember the exact day but I'm always shopping in this store and NEVER had any experience like this.
