The Home Depot

Came in with my coworker to get some supplies to make repairs at work and we had zero idea of the proper things to get. MJ in the paint department and Q in lumber helped us greatly and were super nice and personable. We had a great experience! Thanks for helping us out!

Love the home depot but Linda was unpleasant and unhelpful. I don’t know what the policy here says but I doubt telling a customer you’re going to have to “find someone else” to help is what the employees are trained to do. Further, I don’t think it’s necessary to stand 2 inches behind customers while they’re ringing up their items OR start whispering about them within earshot. Do better, it’s the holidays.

This place is absolutely horrible. Most of the people working the registers are completely incompetent and clueless. (Not all but most.) And besides not knowing anything, they can't even communicate to the dock workers that anyone is coming back. I waited almost a half hour last week to get loaded because communication was never given to the back of the store. At least the forklift guys in the back know what they are doing. It takes a lot for me to get impatient but this place manages to get on my last nerve every time. If lowes ever gets 60lb concrete bags I will never set foot in a home depot again.

My wife and I absolutely love the staff and management at the Hilltown/Souderton Home Depot. They are friendly, professional and all around good people. Thanks for being great!

I received help from MJ at the paint counter tonight, and she was amazing. She deserves all the credit and love for making each customer in the store feel valued. Hope this gets to the right people and she gets some kudos! :)
