Man I love home Depot I can spend hours in there just looking at stuff

Went turn on Black Friday and there was absolutely nobody to help me,except for this one person...I can't remember his name ,he had glasses and a ponytail& told me that he just started ...but he was more helpful than anybody that I could find that day, he was tentative ,polite, courteous , informative & saved my Home Depot Black Friday experience in that store. FYI... ideally... most businesses... are smart enough, to Staff Properly -for big sale events like Black Friday. Couldn't see/find anybody in that store.

When I went to the store to rent out a carpet, cleaning machine turns out the machine I rented out was defective with a hole in the hose and the nozzle spray not working. We understand accidents happen, but when I went to return the machine the representative at the tool rental department was very rude and told my husband, he must be a professional at these things for complaining about the broken equipment from the start, he was a very unpleasant person very rude seem miserable and not happy to be there overall the manager Amanda made it better. However, the attitude of that representative still did not improve and in fact got more hasty with us when we rented A separate day definitely beware of the rental department guy.

I really need to go to home Depot but my visit recently was great! All of the employees were kind and helpful that there was one employee that made my day. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name but will be editing this review once I get it. He was dealing with carts, wearing a hat and I wish every employee everywhere had his attitude, singing and dancing making me smile and actually got me moving as a disabled person which was great. You are very lucky to have this guy working for you Home Depot. I am definitely getting his name because he is why I'm giving the store five stars!

Widest selection of hardware and home building materials at the lowest prices. Make sure to do price comparisons as Home Depot will match it. This is our home project central! Since our last post some 2 years ago, Home Depot has done a lot to improve the customer experience. Shelves are better organized and well-stocked with most items. The whole store has a cleaner and more inviting vibe. Staff professionalism, courtesy, and product knowledge have also increased greatly. Kudos to Home Depot!
