We went in with high hopes and could not have been happier with our experience! We bring dogs here regularly to work through distractions, and the staff is always so pleasant and sweet. When we needed a new appliance, we decided to check out our options locally. Ahmad made the process absolutely simple and seamless. He was so helpful and had us in and out, all while being thorough and above board, in 30 minutes. He made sure we had the right local company for installation and even called me around 7 PM to let me know the movers don’t uninstall items, so they would remove the haul-away charge (and did so in less than 24 hours). I am just leaving your St Charles store on Dec 21 at 9:19 am. I have received the very best service consistently today! It started with me asking a gentleman that was stocking organizing the plumber items. I had no idea what I needed but he solved that problem right away, secured other items and sent me to find liquid nails. Then the young lady at checkout with long dark hair helped me get thru that effort and took me to 2 great ladies in the commercial checkout who helped me fill out this recommendation. Earlier in the week I was at customer service twice, 1 to rent a truck…great man that moved the process along and yesterday another gentleman who set up a will call so my 17 year old grandson would have no problem picking up for me. Great customer service is rare…u are the best. Goo

I like the home depo for their selection. They also care about veterans. I have also notice that the turn around for employees is low. Which means that they care about them. Their lumber could use some improvement. Warped and twisted lumber is common site here along with over all quality. And no discounts are given for veterans on lumber purchases. As far as big box stores go. I prefer home depo.

Daegan was super awesome he was pleasant, helpful and super relatable. Also his apron is super sick. Apparently somebody in electrical does it for everybody and they are absolutely stunning. He's funny too so he made this trip super worthwhile. Helped us save money too. We went from 600 bucks to saving 75 bucks which was awesome. Plus we got 2 free gifts from this! My man is awesome give Daegan a raise or something he was such a blessing. Literally made this trip awesome. Nothing special about the home Depot it's just a home Depot. Daegan made it so awesome and quick though. We left in an awesome mood.

I absolutely adore Home Depot. It’s probably one of my favorite chain stores of all time, but this one? The workers seemed very upset at me for asking for things. I tried to test out a pen, but a worker immediately stopped me despite the tester already having marks on it. I’m sure that worker was just having a bad day though, so hopefully this is just a one time experience. Some of the display doors were also cracked, but that is no way the employees faults. I’d recommend this place if you weren’t shopping late at night, because I was, so the employees were probably tired because it was late.
