The Home Depot

Dale and Jordan has made my year. I have been working with a local landscaping company since last November to have a bougainvillea delivered but have not been successful. I rarely shop in store but today stopped by to look for some plants. I came across the last pink bougainvillea and unsure if it would fit ask for assistance. Jordan without hesitation went to my car and measured. With the seats down it fit. They carefully and happily placed my roses and bougainvilleas in my car. I’m now a forever nursery in store shopper due to their excellent customer service. Looking forward to adding more beautiful plants to my yard.

Visited Home Depot near Jacksonville today to buy energy-saving light bulbs. I spent about ten minutes in the lighting section waiting for assistance, but no one approached. Eventually, I had to walk around the store to find a staff member — he did help me, but it took some effort. The store itself is well stocked and offers a great selection of products. However, there seem to be too few employees on the floor, and some staff just chat instead of helping customers. Giving 4 stars for good assortment but weak customer engagement.

i went into home depot feeling hopeless to find the color i had envisioned and dreamed of for my dining room. i was immediately relieved when i was greeted by kerrie, she was so helpful in helping me bring my vision to life. she went above and beyond and was a joy to talk to. i walked into home depot frustrated and hopeless, and walked out with a joyful heart because of kerrie. what a pleasure this experience was. this is what my dining room ended up looking like! i am so pleased, and have kerrie to thank

I had a good experience with the Home Depot because their customer service is excellent and all of the products are available. Flower plant and other plants are great for the price of the point

Sent my husband to check out washers as ours went out the day before. Roberta in Appliances helped us get the washer we were looking for and answered any questions we had. Great customer service!
