Love Home DePot! CJ in the kitchen department helped us design our kitchen with new Thomasville cabinets! We picked Fossil to get away from oak cabinets. We purchased all new appliances when on sale July 4th! All plumbing and lighting were purchased there. They also have good specials on Milwaukee tools! Such a great place to get gift cards for the men in your life! Many nice employees to help us with our needs! My brother also purchased flooring and made everything look beautiful!

A thousand ZERO stars. Absolutely horrendous customer service regarding appliance returns. I called within the 48-hour return window to request a return. When the delivery team arrived, they refused to take the washer, claiming they only had an order for the dryer, even though the appliances were purchased as a set. This has completely wasted my time and money, and now I have to miss more work so they can come back to pick up the washer they were supposed to take in the first place. I’m stuck spending even more time on the phone and waiting for a refund that should never have been an issue. Beyond pissed off. Do better. UPDATE - DO NOT BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM HOME DEPOT!!! This has been the worst purchase experience I have ever had. I purchased the Bosch dishwasher almost a month ago AND STILL do not have the correct product, correctly installed in my home. FOUR delivery teams have been to my home. The first team didn’t know what they were doing, but lied to us and said it could not be installed, even though we had an old dishwasher that was installed by Home Depot. Second team had no idea what they were doing, but tried to install it anyway and could not have done worse. They left without it having power. They said it was defective, but “installed” it anyway. My go to hardware and lumber store. It went down in service for a while but it seems to have returned to good level of service. It seems they have more staffing or they seem to be more available. The staff appears to be somewhat knowledgeable. Products seems to be good quality and reasonably priced.

Great place to shop. I get my refills of premo water here. Staff is nice and very helpful. Dog lovers bring your pets. I bring my dog her to socialize them. Keep up the good work staff.
