I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a recent purchase from your Sterling, Virginia branch. I purchased a large quantity of construction materials and tools from your store, and part of the order was delivered to my home as expected. However, the stone materials I also ordered were not delivered. When I followed up, I was informed that you do not have delivery trucks or workers available on Saturdays. This was extremely inconvenient, especially since the workers scheduled to do the construction at my home were coming on Sunday. I was offered a discount and the option to take a truck myself to pick up the stones, which I had to do personally with my wife. The gentleman named Ron at the customer service desk was phenomenal! I was renting a carpet vacuum for the first time and he was so patient and helpful. It was a very seamless process thanks to him and he took care of my other purchases as well. His service was excellent, and he was very considerate, definitely a great experience!

Not the nicest or best Home Depot. Much darker and disorganized than other Home Depots. Large mobile stairs left right in front of product! We could not buy a set of locks to be keyed alike. “The guy that knew how quit and did show us how…” So we had to go somewhere else. I love Home Depot but this one I can’t recommend.

We moved to this area about eight months ago, and since then we’ve purchased everything we needed for our home from this Home Depot location. Almost every time we asked someone for help, we received uninterested answers or were brushed off with “I don’t know.” But every time we saw George (he said his nickname is “Gorgy”), it was a completely different experience. For the last 5–6 visits, he has been incredibly helpful, patient, friendly, and informative. He truly goes above and beyond. From refrigerator filters to dryer vents, dishwashers to paint, he has walked with us through every corner of the store and guided us with genuine care.
