BUYER BEWARE...then go to LOWES! A few weeks ago I bought some chicken wire from Home Depot on Center street. It was a frustrating experience, but at the time the staff were nice enough. The checker had scratched out the PIN number on my brand new $100 gift card, and we had to call corporate for a long time to try to find the PIN number. I was than advised to come back later after the pin had reset since the checker had been trying to enter another number instead. The store ended up voiding out my gift card, and gave me store credit. In the end I owed $4 over my gift amount so I paid that with my card. Today I went in to return the wire that had not been opened, but was not the right kind to buy. A manager CHRIS was unhelpful. He kept telling me he could only give me $4 because I pa

DO NOT SHOP HERE. GO SEE FRANK AT LOWES. We came here to buy a dryer, washer and a stove. We walked around, one person was in the appliance department. We had questions and needed assistance in selecting and buying. The person said hi to us and went right back to being on their phone while leaning against appliances. I asked the cupboard lady, and she couldnt help us since she was only cupboards. I expressed my displeasure about not being helped in any way by the appliance person. We ended up leaving due to no help, the employees weren't friendly however there were so many of them - mostly having social hour with each other rather than helping anyone or even acknowledging them. We went to Lowes, a man named Frank helped us and the amount of knowledge he had, care for our questions,

This staff has changed for the better. We were helped by Joanna who took extremely great care of us. Her and the team were able to secure us a grill a Christmas tree and some holiday items. Even cut the base of the tree for us. Just coming back from Deployment and dealing with a place who finally has great customer service is everything. We will be returning again.

During my home remodel over the last several months I’ve had the pleasure in seeing this particular store improve its management and staff. The availability of products is never a problem here. But the availability of associates willing to assist was scarce. However, there has been a dramatic improvement after mid-spring. If anyone have gone through a remodel or renovation, you know that you’re constantly returning and swapping items. I have to say, I never had a single issue making a return. I even had an associate personally escort me to the aisle where the bathroom exhaust fans were to make sure I got the right one😃! The paint department is phenomenal and always confirmed the color I needed. I estimate that 35% of the items I needed to remodel my home came from this particular Home Depo

James B was super nice, friendly, and helpful when we picked up our custom blinds. He assisted me in putting the blinds onto our pallet cart and has an enthusiastic attitude which made my day. Thank you James!
