I had bought a Full Motion wall Mount for 32 in.-75 in. Displays. I thought it would hold my 75 in. TV, but my TV fell from the wall and broke. I wanted to see if I could get a refund, but she said no. She said a return would be only 30 days, but on my laptop it says I have until May 22, 2026 to return. Now I know the MEGAMOUNTS Full Motion Wall Mount is not suitable to hang up much less support a TV.

The Temple store took $$ off my debit card rather than added it, when I returned 3 items this past weekend. They took $$ from my debit card and have yet to pay me back, telling me they had to send it to corporate, etc.!! Very disappointed that they TOOK my $$ and were not able to resolve the issue immediately after taking my return and then recharging me for it. Very poor customer service and I feel like I was robbed. Still waiting for corporate to email me back so I can get this resolved, but very disappointed in the Temple store's lack of concern about this. What if I needed that $$ for groceries? Your store needs a way to resolve these issues on real time, not make a customer wait several days for the $$ you took because of an incorrect transaction you made. Very poor customer service t

Unfortunately an overall bad experience ordering an appliance. Original order date was 2025 November 21st. The initial individual who helped us out was amazing and helped us with picking the appliance we wanted, checking us out and overall assisting us with everything we originally came in for. 5/5 service. Original delivery day - the delivery was originally completed however we paid to have the new appliance installed and the old one removed; Home Depot contracts out to contractors who deliver and install/remove the appliance. They unfortunately could not remove the old appliance and install the new one due to the complexity of the location of it. We had them take the new appliance back to storage to wait for a plumber with a new delivery day approximately 7-10 days later. 2nd deliver

Went here to get 350sqft worth of rolled vinyl because the Waco locations flooring employee was too lazy to measure out and cut it for me in store for the employee at the temple location to tell me it would be 2 rolls and heavy enough to need 4 people to move, they recommended delivery so I ordered it for delivery payed the $55 delivery fee and everything for it to get here and only be one small roll and only 84lbs (the delivery guy and myself moved very easily). Extremely disappointed it seems like both the Waco stores and the temple stores flooring employees are either too lazy or do not have the correct knowledge. I could’ve had this project done already if I could’ve got it in store.

I bought enough materials to build a 8x16 porch. While starting to unload it in my truck, a young man came up and asked if I would mind if he loaded all the materials for me. That's never happened at any store before!!! He didn't ask if I wanted help, there's a huge difference!! The young man's name is Logan, he loaded all the materials by himself and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. That is true customer service at its best, a lot of people from all stores could learn a lesson from that young man!!! Someone in management make sure you acknowledge this young man!!! Logan, thank you for helping a old man out!!! Logan most definitely gets 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
