The Home Depot

Instead of buying a used much less expensive fridge we bought an expensive brand new refrigerator from Home Depot because we are old and did want to deal with picking one up and having to move it by ourselves. When the delivery people hot here witb the fridge they said they could not deliver it into our RV where we live! Now it is in our front yard and we have to find someone to help us get it into our home!!! Never will we ever buy anything from them again!

Our local Home Depot continues to be a dependable resource for quality products, knowledgeable staff, and excellent customer service. Whether we are picking up supplies for a quick fix or a larger project, the team is always friendly, helpful, and efficient. We appreciate having such reliability supporting our community.

The emo/goth girl in the paint section is a horrible employee. I asked another employee to call someone to help me and she rudely yelled back on the radio that she was "right there already", but she wasn't. I would not have asked for someone to call for her if she was "right there already". Everyone in the store heard on the radios how rude she is. The only acceptable response should have been "I'll be glad to help out a customer, I'll be right there". But she obviously shouldn't be working in customer service. Most likely she puts on a nice face for her managers, but treats the customers like an inconvenience when the manager isn't around. Get rid of her! She's bringing your store's reputation down!

Anthony was great! We traveled from Redmond Oregon to find a product. This was the closest store that had them and the last 4. He was very helpful and helped us get what we needed fast. Excellent customer service, very professional, very accommodating.

Spent over half an hour calling every department I could possibly do and listen to it ring 40 50 times at each department, no answer at any of them, even though they're open, and I'm just trying to reset the clock on the stupid Samsung stove that I bought a couple months ago. It took them an extra month to get it to me because of screw-ups, and now I've had it this brief amount of time haven't even used it very much and after trying to reset the clock I keep getting test test messages. I followed the instructions on how to reset the stove by turning it off and leaving it for 3 minutes, and it's still doing it. I've done that three times. I still haven't gotten through to home depot. It's been over a half an hour. Service? What's that mean has nothing to do with Home depot's present policie
