I want to give a big shoutout to Shina at the Home Depot in Totowa. She was incredibly helpful, sweet, and professional from start to finish. She answered the phone to help find the product i was looking for, and made sure the product I needed was available, she even met me at customer service with it in hand. Her greeting was cheerful, and smiling face. This level of customer service is truly top tier. I traveled all the way from Hackensack, I would absolutely visit this store again. Thank you, Shina, for making my experience so smooth and pleasant! Big up your uncle too he was nice.

Great people over at returns. Susan the manager was a sweet heart helping us with our questions. And the entire team was very respectful and understanding. Need more people like them in the world

This Home Depot is in a great location, right on Route 46 and close to 80 and 23, making it super easy to get to. They have a broad, well-organized selection of products, so finding what you need is never a problem. What really stood out during my visit was the assistance I received from Keshawn. His patience, knowledge, and willingness to help made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Because of his excellent service, I’ll definitely be coming back here for all of our home needs. Highly recommend!

I went to Home Depot last night intending to place a large order of window shades. For some reason, the bald white man who worked in the window treatments section on Wednesday night was very focused on preventing this high value sale from being made. He was extremely rude and started making up nonsense policies to try to turn us away. Very strange behavior for someone who is supposed to be a sales rep. It's too bad because the newer guy Brandon who works there was very helpful and kind and didn't get the sale because of this other guy. Check out Lowe's for better deals, policies that make sense, and kinder, more knowledgeable employees.
