Terrible 2 month long experience. 7 failed deliveries, ending with damaged GE washers and dryers in the southern maryland area. Their logistics company, Temco, forged my signature on this last delivery after the driver crawled on top of my dryer and damaged it. They marked it as delTesco, and fleed my home when they realized i was about to refuse delivery. On their 2nd attempt to deliver undamaged units in January they also drove across my yard and crushed my sprinkler system. Apparently only Temco is able to do the logistics for Home Depot. They kept sending the same people to the house. All Home Depot did is give me a small mark down on the unit. My new GE refrigerator I bought had to be swapped out four times since September 9th. This is mostly due to the mishandling and breakage of my appliance from the previous Home Depot delivery drivers. Don’t waste your time, request Berry and OJ to deliver your appliances from Home Depot even if it takes longer. They handled my refrigerator with care during installation and the un-wrapping. Those other installers/drivers were handling my purchase aggressively, pushing it over and dropping my refrigerator in the street, four times and ripped the protective plastic off so hard it tore the inner lining of the refrigerator which stopped it from cooling. Over the past 20 years, the customer service and competency level of the associates that Chrysler Drive Home Depot hires has dropped drastically. The associates have no real knowledge of the departments that they work in and on several different occasions after being told that Home Depot DOES NOT have a solution to solve my repair problems, Ive had to spend extra time searching the store "BY MYSELF" and finding a solution on my own, while the associate has disappeared. My last visit on today 09/30/2025 at about 11:00 a.m., I asked 2 associates if they could get "SOMEONE" to open a register. The both of them told me "all I had to do is go to Self Check Out". I replied, "I don't want to do Self Check Out". The both of them then told me, "well their is nothing we can do" and they both walked

Poor help support on the customer service, And now we have to be careful buying gas tools because they have a new policy that they won’t exchange you the tool if you put gas on it. But they don’t have a way to try it in store. I personally think that is insane. I strongly suggest to check out that policy before buying anything that runs on gas to prevent this type of problem in the future.

Store is clean and easy to find items due to great signage. Workers are helpful. I took a star away because you now have to pay for bags. To be fair, this store is not located in the county I live in and this may be a change for the whole county.
