Had a very positive experience at Home Depot recently. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. They took the time to understand what I needed and guided me to the right tools and materials, which made the whole process much easier. What stood out most was the friendly attitude and patience of the team. Their support made the visit smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated the level of customer service. Great service overall,definitely a place I feel comfortable returning to for future projects.

I called this store two weeks in advance and again a few days ago to confirm that they cut and thread galvanized steel pipe. Each time, the store associate assured me that someone would be available at this location to cut and thread pipe and that they had the sizes needed to complete my job. My uncle has a leaking pipe, and I took time to help him remove it and bring it to this store specifically for cutting and threading. However, when we arrived, the associate in the plumbing department told us the machine was down and had actually been out of service for two weeks. This was extremely frustrating and a waste of our time, especially after I had called ahead twice to confirm the service. Once again, this store has let me down. Good selection of garden plants. I've been able to find some unusual house plants. When ever we do a repair at home they always have what we need. They also have a beautiful display of higher end bathroom design.

I’m very unhappy with this store. I traveled specifically to get a Christmas tree we wanted, but when I got home and opened the box, I discovered that someone had swapped the expensive tree for a cheap replacement. Selling a returned box as new is completely unacceptable.
