I can not speak highly enough about the recent experience I had with Hector, from VIP HVAC. This man is not only a top tier professional in his field, he is a top tier human being!!! From the moment I found myself without heat, and placed my first call to him, after hours on a Friday night, I could tell that this was someone who could be trusted, and with whom I would be comfortable working with. I noticed around midnight that my steam boiler was no longer heating the house. This was the day before a huge, forecasted blizzard, so I needed emergency system repair before the roads became impassible. Hector was the only technician I found who was on call. What great luck! Hector came out immediately, even though I didn't call him until almost 1am. He immediately diagnosed the problem as a fault with the thermostat, not the boiler.
