The Home Depot

Was interested in the Advertised Ryobi battery and saw promotion but other Manager told me it was not available because they were out of stock of batteries . Such a Bummer, I wasted my time was looking forward to the advertised promotion. Nikolas was very helpful though so I still purchased!

We bought a dryer & gas range. The sales person, Cindy, was awesome and knowledgeable. (Actually she was the best salesperson I’ve dealt with.) later that night we realized that we weren’t going to be able to connect the gas range. We went to Home Depot early the next morning and explained the situation. The customer service representative wasn’t very friendly but assisted us. She returned the gas range and we gave her the number for the new range. So the following Saturday we should have gotten both appliances. Nope. We got the dryer and they brought the gas range. When Home Depot called us, the rep told us they cancelled the wrong range. I haven’t figured how they managed that. Every time I deal with Home Depot it’s a damn fiasco. You would think that Home Depot would have expedited the

Worst plumbing department of all home depot locations to date. Inventory says they have 15 in-stock. But its just they haven't updated their Inventory. This happened on multiple items. Was better off driving to corpus and not wasting time here

Always professionally unhelpful at this location. I know it's my opinion, but I always find myself at Lowe's and they always find that solution I was searching for, in stock. What can I say? Great for in-stock, easy to find items .. but most of that is found elsewhere, just not on shelving to the ceiling in a maze that echoes from no one around to help that knows anything about a homeowner life's basic needs. Someday I guess I will learn and stop giving them a shot at having what I am looking for .. Amazon is quicker (3 days) that coming here and wasting my time.

Usually have what I'm looking for but not always easy to find help or a genuine smile. Miss Dee, however, is always a pleasure as a cashier and she seems very knowledgeable and qualified for her position. She could likely do the job of several of their employees. She's the reason there's a fourth star.
