The Home Depot

I've found my favorite Home Depot!! I'm not one who likes to shop, at ALL, so I was dreading going there, especially just for only a few items. I found a different location in the next city and was SO pleasantly surprised at how nice the service and atmosphere was! Man it was like all the employees where so chill and happy to be working there. It was just different from any other Home Depot I've been to. From now on, I'm going to that Virginia Beach Boulevard store when I need something.

Nicest retail experience I've had. Joey was very helpful. I started feeling weak and he gave a me place to sit down. Another worker offered me a bottle of water as I rested. Thank you very much guys

They have the same prices on appliances as the other stores, and you should probably check them out. The Home Depot's free delivery is good, but the installation part lacks and follow-up service is next to non-existent. Unless you are comfortable with finishing up the bits of install they don't do, look somewhere else.

Just wanted to shout out what great customer service we had with Evan at the Return Desk. He was just awesome! He made the process of our returns easy, and he was knowledgeable, good personality and friendly…and it was quick and painless. I hope Evan is recognized by management for his good work! There could be more staff. It is kind of hard to find one close by. The plants and flowers are beautiful and well taken care of! I bought my herbs and a raised cedar bed here and it's looking great!
