Decent member of the hardware store chain. The store is on the small side, but seems to have most every thing you need. I did ding it difficult to get help finding someone to locate an item and had to resort to the app to find the right aisle. Parking lot is small but adequate. It is about the only option on that side of town.

Found all I was looking for (light bulbs) and several things I didn't know I wanted/needed until I saw them (cactus with googly eyes/ a new friend). Plus, the garden section is perfect to take pictures of flowers.

Explain why all of these employees stood and watched me and my husband struggle to get lumber off a high rack. Then when we finished they ask if they could help. As a manager, I can tell you had they been my employees, I would take this as a major coaching opportunity. If this had not happened, I would have given them 5 stars.

During my recent visit, my sister had to wait 25 minutes for someone to help her purchase some home video security cameras. Rachel at the pro desk saved the day. However, your corporate or regional managers came in and it was hilarious because while they were complimenting themselves at how awesome they were near the 5 water gallon dispenser and didn't even notice the large blue def container overturned and leaking by the water while they cajoled, laughed and scooted out got in their bmw probably headed for lunch.

I had a good experience up coming up here, i had picked up an uber eats order from home depot. Jamie M helped me and was great. there was two other ladies up there that didn’t even acknowledge me when i came in, i happened to get one of their names, Josie. there was a lady with a flannel and another girl with long black hair. Jamie asked them for help for my order to make sure everything was right before handing off the orders but they completely ignored him when they were right next to him. then he asked a little louder and then Josie got an attitude. then left after helping and ignored him if he had further questions. it wasn’t cute and it was not something you’d expect. just addressing the dismissive mess.
