Extremely poor customer service. Products often not available. Employees wear orange uniforms l, but I’m so a few in for between that they are hard to find nonetheless. If one finds an employee, good luck as many of them are young, no nothing else cannot even make eye contact or speak in an audible tone. Perhaps they should consider paying a living wage and treating their employees with more respect

Great experience every time I come here. The store is always well organized and it’s easy to find what I need for my projects. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they’re always willing to answer questions or point me in the right direction.

Been at the rental center for 40 minutes and counting just trying to get a truck that we had already reserved online last night, their computers seem to be broken- as I am writing this we are about to start all. Over. Again. Also watched another guy try to get a chainsaw but everything they had was busted. If you do have to go, bring a chair. Get these poor people a better computer

I want to take some time to thank Bob Chew for being such an amazing/helpful person. Let me explain. I also want to preface this by stating that I almost never write reviews. I got home at 8:30pm to find my heat was not working (in the dead of winter and a pending snow and freezing temperature storm tomorrow). I called my plumber who walked me through several steps to find the issue. Once narrowed down, I found out my Zone Valve was not working. I fled to The Home Depot in Dedham for the part. They did not have it in stock. Online, I seen The Home Depot in Watertown had 15 in stock. Once I got there at roughly 9:30pm, I learned they did not have any and someone forgot to update the system of such a matter.
