I'm satisfied with the services at Homedepot, if I need help locating products I'll ask. Because how does that employee knows if you need help, he or she is not mind reader. But seeing and listening to other customers, if you want to call them that. If you know how to than you don't need help only locating or have in stock. Johnathan Jay Fantano must be that person.

I’ve bypassed closer Home Depot locations for years just to shop here, specifically because of Tiffany. Her professionalism is unmatched—she’s dedicated, respectful, and always goes above and beyond without ever breaking character. She is the only reason this store has had my loyalty. Unfortunately, the new management under Stephanie is driving this location into the ground. My recent interactions with her have been incredibly frustrating. She is consistently condescending, distant, and acts like she couldn't care less about being there. It is jarring to see such a lack of engagement and respect for the position from a manager, especially when compared to the high standard Tiffany sets on the floor. Clara from the Wappingers Falls Home Depot was absolutely wonderful. She helped us pick out the perfect carpet for our basement steps and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Clara was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what we needed. Her attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. Excellent customer service—we truly appreciate her help and would highly recommend working with her.

The store is too big. All of the employees were texting on their phones and not helping me find the new house I wanted to buy. I need a new house because I live in a box behind Walmart.

Just like every other Home Depot. Not what it used to be.... Employees used to offer help, now you feel like you're bothering them if you ask. Overall knowledgeable folks have since departed. Know what you're looking for if you go.
