I can’t even say enough good things about this Home Depot! Especially Jessica in Customer Service. I had a bit of confusion while being away, and she took care of me over the phone fast, professionally, and gracefully. Jessica has THE BEST customer service and they are very fortunate to have someone like her handling things. This girl deserves an award and a raise for all of her hard work! Thank you, Jessica and Home Depot of Warner Robins for all that you do!

Jessica in Customer Service is the Best! She was so polite and friendly. She answered any questions we had and she also helped us order the correct item we needed.

Jessica provided outstanding customer service today at Home Depot. We purchased two palm trees a few months ago that unfortunately died during the recent freeze. Even though I did not have my receipt, Jessica went out of her way to help us. She took the time to search for our transaction, tracked it down, and ensured we were refunded. She was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Her willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful situation easy and pleasant. Jessica is a true asset to Home Depot, and I’m very grateful for her excellent service.

I needed assistance twice today two of your employees Tiara Monroe and Delesha Banks gave me quick assistance and was very knowledgeable I wanted to thank them for there prompt help!!! The Home Depot team at this store rocks!! Give them girls a raise!
