We had purchased a GE slate dishwasher and refrigerator 2 weeks ago. Last Thursday 2-19-26 they delivered our dishwasher. After unboxing the refrigerator they noticed a plug was never installed on fridge. They proceeded to tell us that we would have to wait for new fridge. 2-26-26 I took the day off work to be home for delivery of new refrigerator. Well when you come to our home we have a 1 way bridge that leads to our home; which the delivery guys from previous week said they would be back next time with a smaller truck. Well instead of contacting me they drove to my bridge with large truck and left. No notification as to way they left and no refrigerator. While I have been without a fridge going on over 2 weeks so my emotions are running everywhere. As I'm calling customer servi

I am absolutely pleased with my visit at washington home depot! I was shopping for soil for my lawn this morning! The garden associate Will was very helpful to direct me to what I was looking for, also he asked me if I needed help or need help loading it!! Thank you so much!

The employees here went above and beyond for me this evening. I had an online order that I placed later in the day and needed to pick up tonight, however I received an email saying it wouldn’t be ready until the next business day. I called the store and they were able to pick my items and have them ready for pickup within an hour of calling. Thank you very much and keep up the great work!

I came in this evening for 27 gallon totes I saw advertised. I had my fur baby in a buggy. I know I shouldn't have brought him if I knew NOBODY of the dozen workers standing and walking around would not help. ONE BIT!!! A female asked if I n3eded help. I said yes, but she walked away!! This is a perfect example of lazy, incompetent and inconsiderate service!!! What are they getting paid for?! Nicholai went solar as telling me I DIDN'T ASK FOR HELP when I went by the desk complaining!! Unacceptable and inexcusable!!!

Pickup was quick and easy, the girls at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The guy who helped me load the washer in my truck was awesome too. All around solid experience.
