This review is about the Cart Attendant by name of Mark, he's very rude and obnoxious to customers, as we were entering the store with a cart which we took from the line up just outside the door, this man who was pushing several carts in front of us , left half of them in the entrance door way, when we passed him with our cart he says to us, NEXT time take a cart from inside very rudely, the way you speak to someone determines how they reply to you, we said there is no sign informing us we cannot take a cart from outside, we didn't know, you can speak in a better manner, he proceeded to say we don't need your money,.so I replied to him " do you own "Home depot " he was aggressive like he was threatening my husband and I , I kept telling him don't speak to us and I went to look for a

I rented a sander for two days. At the counter, the employee asked if I wanted damage protection, and I clearly declined. However, when I returned the equipment, I was charged an extra $35 for insurance. I spoke with the manager to request a refund. After some discussion, he did NOT returned the money, and his attitude was very unprofessional. He insisted that I shouldn’t rely on what was said at the counter and that I should have read the entire contract because the insurance was included in the fine print which totally incorrect, on top of that, I had to wait 45 minutes just to return the equipment. Please be careful and read everything in detail before signing. This was a very frustrating experience.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize some outstanding employees at your store in hopes that this message reaches upper management. A huge thank you to Miles and his team—Al, Darrin, and Thomas—for their incredible support with my two bathroom remodel projects. From start to finish, they were informative, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They also made sure my military discounts were properly applied, which helped me save a significant amount. I’ve been a regular customer at this Home Depot for the past six years, but this was my first major home project—and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. It’s reassuring to know we have dedicated veterans like Miles and his crew working here. Their professionalism and service made a big difference.

Overall good experience. I had two house keys made and I asked for an auto key and the gentleman who was quite chipper got another associate to make the auto key and stayed around until all the keys were done. I was looking for dry gas but they didn't have that. The checkout was self checkout it was really quick and I was on my way within 20 minutes.

I recently purchased a refrigerator from this Home Depot location, and the delivery experience was terrible. First, I had to go outside to locate the delivery drivers myself. Then, even though they removed the doors to bring the unit inside, they refused to switch the refrigerator and freezer doors/hinge to the left-hand side as requested. I was also told at the store that the ice maker I purchased would be installed onsite, but the delivery team refused to do that as well. When attempting to install the ice maker myself, I realized that the Home Depot employee ordered me the wrong ice maker. I called the store and requested a refund - and they refunded me for the wrong item! I am still waiting for my refund for the ice maker. Overall, a very poor experience. I would not recommend buying
