I wanted to share my past experience with the Home Depot of Waterford, Connecticut! Back in early winter of 2019 I purchased this beautiful Cub Cadet powerful 3 stage snow blower for my Dad ...I did alot of research on the model and quality and customer service support and lastly reliability! What a outstanding experience with Home Depot sales representative and staff...! Extremely incredible machine that really can handle any amount of snow! Really throws even the heavy wet snow here in Connecticut that we get quite offen! My Dad absolutely loves this machine and as had zero issues with it since new! Just regular service! I highly recommend this Seller and Cub Cadet products !

Hd Sold me this air conditioner I purchased to place in a older lady's residence we are doing some restoration as a favor due to the 90 degree weather and this A/C is as Loud as a tractor, and produces almost 2 gallons of water a hour. A week ago i tried to return the AC the next morning and was denied. They said they don't take returns or exchanges for AC machines and that they have changed the policy. They said to contact Toshiba, so I did and they had me download Toshiba app and the AC has error codes because the circuit board is messed up. Toshiba said that I should return it, and I told them I tried and they said it's not there fault and that the store should take it back. A large company selling garbage in there stores broken strait off the floor taking no accountability. I'll never

I had a great experience with The Home Depot’s customer service! After purchasing a ceiling fan, I called to ask about ordering a second remote. To my surprise, the representative I spoke with offered to send me one at no charge as a courtesy! It arrived quickly and works perfectly. That kind of above-and-beyond service is rare these days and definitely earns my loyalty. Thank you, Home Depot!

ordered a washing machine and paid for delivery and set up fees. was told that our delivery window was from 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. received a call from an aggressive driver at 12:30 p.m. asking where we were. after explaining that they arrived before scheduled delivery time, drive refused to stay longer than 30 mins. by the time someone rushed home to receive delivery at 1:30 p.m., delivery driver was gone. the driver was aggressive, rude, and had ZERO patience. on top of that, the driver continuously called while we were rushing on our way home to check on an ETA. an awful experience, and will not be continuing to be a patron of this establishment.
