I want the corporate world of Home Depot to know: do what you can to keep sales associate Matthias. He was awesome! After spending almost 2 hours in a different competitor store frustrated, he knew exactly what we needed in your store. He was super knowledgeable, super friendly, and great with kids. He had our 3 year old laughing and enjoying her experience just as much as we did. I absolutely loved comparing different items online and in store from his European perspective. It was really neat to get a different perspective. I asked him what brought him to little ole Watertown to which he said he fell in love with the area and the people. He told us he works for his customers, not a commission. In the end, if the customer walks out happy, hes done his job right. Watching undercover boss

Just left with my new washer. The young lady in appliances (sales person N5GX8F2) was awesome!! She even helped load the machine which couldn’t have been easy. Very happy I came here today.

I bought a starlink kit used from there and i went to set it up and its not even fully transfered as it should be. Do not get a kit from here they will just rip you off. I cant believe they havent gotten it trouble for this yet!

I used to hate going there. Now I’m like, Guess I’ll just run to Home Depot real quick… for the 4th time this week. Homeownership really said: surprise! You live here now. P.s home depot please lower the prices so my wallet will stop crying 😢 😭.
