Came into the store employees were lacking off asked for help. They want to help me get the item yeah Nate Daniel was looking at the other customer when I’m asking for help then continue to try to help me, but it would not help me go find the item only would tell me the store location of the last three digits of the item would not tell me the exact location of the item said he could not have one of the other employees told me they could not help me. I think the store needs to be evaluated. I think the staff are lacking off.

Great place. I've been here a million and one times in the last year alone. The associates at this location are consistently helpful! Great variety of products here and has a much better layout than the Enfield location. Customer care associates are phenomenal as well- they've been very helpful in complex situations.

Attention HD, when a corporation like you runs the little guy mom&pop shops out of business, honor your obligation to keep items in stock for the communities you've fleeced. Time to smarten up, and clean up your store, look at these photos taken recently... Constantly empty fastener drawers! The stores you eliminated used to stock all this stuff in volume.... And look at the condition of your merchandise displays!

Horrible service overall. I called and spoke with a salesperson there about getting some shades installed. Apparently, you actually have to come to the store to arrange that — it can’t be done on the phone. Ok. He told me his name and to ask for him when I arrived. A few hours later, I showed up. He was nowhere to be found. I spoke with someone from a different t department. She said he was on break. She called him but no answer. Someone else said he would go tell him I was here. That guy came back and had no news. I waited for a total of 10 minutes before going to customer service. The lady there called him again and told him I was here. He said for me to wait at his desk, and he would be there in a few minutes. Ten minutes later — no show. So I left. No reason to keep a customer waiting
