A HUGE shoutout to Jose, Kris, and Allie for providing the most wonderful experience today! I had visited several locksmiths and auto stores trying to replace my car key battery, but a stubborn stripped screw made it nearly impossible to get the casing open. While others couldn't help, these three worked their magic and went above and beyond to fix it. Furthermore, they didn't even charge me for the screwdriver they had to open specifically to get my key apart—they comped it just for me! Everything is working perfectly now, and I can’t thank them enough for their persistence, expertise, and incredible generosity. If you need help, please go support this store; they truly care about their customers and provide the kind of expert service you won't find elsewhere!

One of the best Home Depot stores around. Usually clean and well organized, and they have way more items in stock than other HD stores. My shop is in Santa Ana and there’s an HD literally across the street, but I still drive to this one.

I had a great experience from someone at the customer service front desk. I was trying to find an item that all other stores were out of stock of. This person helped me out by looking up the item in the system and walking over to the area to see if the last item was in display. Next time when you call or go to this store hopefully you will have a great experience with Soso like I did.

I came here during the Lunar New Year 2020 from Vietnam with my wife. I was surprised by the variety of goods, arranged by the owner according to each category. There are many items, from furniture, garage repair tools, garden tools, home repair tools, and machine repair tools. The supermarket is very spacious, has parking, and handicapped spaces. Now I come back in July 2025 and see more. I visited the botanical garden where you can buy garden plants, from oranges, grapes, apples, pears, avocados, pineapples, flowers, cacti, and indoor and outdoor potted plants. All are arranged very well, including fertilizers, pruning tools, and irrigation tools. It feels like a miniature park, so relaxing. The prices and staff are satisfactory. Lots of choices for you and your family

Today I came to Home Depot to get some wood pieces to fix my parents’ bed. My sincere thanks to Eli who had gone all the way to help select wood and cut them for me. I was able to fix the bed and my elderly parents are very satisfied with the result. Eli’s support and dedication to his customer are greatly appreciated. Eli is awesome!
