Went to look at new lighting for our Rec. room. Wide variety to look at with almost all lighting on display lit up to better assist you in finding the right one. Clean facility with a very courteous staff, on hand and ready to help. Highly recommend over going to Lowes!

Mary designed my kitchen layout and she did an amazing job. I had issues with the cabinets after installation and Mary went out of her way to come to my house and she fixed the issue for me. She is a wonderful person and I truly appreciate her.

I delt with 4 employees after 9pm Saturday September 26, 2025. Customer Service (female) was helpful in getting me assistance, plus ringing me up at the end, conversational , 2 others (1 male , 1 female) on the floor, and a young skinny man (working past his shift-as commented by another employee) that climbed a ladder twice for me, including getting a box from the back of the 3rd rack behind multiple items. Both boxes were very large. This employee helped me out the most. All 4 employees are respectful, kind, polite, helpful, & made me feel welcomed, like I belonged there, unlike some other stores where you don't feel welcomed/ a nuisance that has no right showing up during their shift, or during store hours. Helpful ladies at contractor registers. Had 4 truck keys made. Had blanks in stock.Guy that made keys got it done quickly and had a good attitude. Cheaper than everywhere else.

I went to home Depot to purchase a new toilet and new spicket for the bathroom and a gentleman named Manny if I'm not mistaken took me throughout the store and listened to what I was trying to buy and took me right to the locations and gave me a lot of information. He's a 10 if I could rate him on customer service, experience, professionalism.
