I’d like to recognize Home Depot associates Joe from painting dept, James, KDR4YJ2, and XESWU3Z for consistently going above and beyond. They always provide excellent customer service and are incredibly helpful every time I visit. Home Depot on Transit is truly lucky to have employees like them. Their professionalism and dedication make a real difference.👨🏻‍🦰👋

Today, Shane in electric really helped us out. He was very friendly, patient, cheerful, and competent. He really made our shopping experience enjoyable. However, we have also had times where the workers are hard to find and not very knowledgeable. You never know what you will get.

Over the past two week I picked up 3 different online ship-to-store deliveries. Every time the staff working the Pickup/Returns counter were very helpful and super friendly.

Home depot is my favorite place to go every week, always nice and respectful ppl. How ever, I had a weird experience with a cashier who always doing a nice job as a cashier. We tried to cash out and tried to be nice and place things in order so she can scan them easier and she rudely told us to don’t touch the items or the shopping card and She knows how to do things and it is not her first day as a cashier. Asked me to look at her screen but rudely said u may have flue, stay away from my screen😑

Although Home Depot can be more expensive than competitors they stand by the products they sell. The managers I have recently dealt with went above and beyond to correct a delivery concern.
