I always need something to buy for my business which is real estate agent. Today we bought some rent sign and markers with a cover for outside outlet. Today was labor day and the store that I usually buy my stuff from was closed so I asked where else could I find this item and an employee helped me to find out if very quickly.

Ms Reece in painting was awesome. The time she spent to assure me on paint colors etc was very helpful. She walked me down to cabinets as there was a color she thought I would like. She mixed the color and it was exactly the color I needed. She went anove and beyond!!!!!

I called in and spoke with Will in tool rental, he was very polite and very patient with my many questions! I had spoke to him about the requirements for truck rental and it didn’t look like I would be eligible due to my unique circumstances so we parted ways but then my phone rang a few minutes later and it turned out that he went out of his way to look into the criteria more and sort through the previous calls to find my phone number and call me back to let me know that I actually would be able to rent the vehicle after all!! Very impressed with the level of service and will’s dedication to make sure I had proper information, his commitment to solving my problem as a customer, and his overall listening skills during our call. Honestly you would think he owned the place based on the level

Visited this location to purchase our next washer and dryer. My wife and I worked with Tabitha in the appliance department. She was extremely friendly and helpful with our purchase and delivery scheduling. Great experience.

Very unaware and inattentive staff. No reason someone should stand at the rental desk for 10-15 minutes waiting on an employee.
