The Home Depot

Wonderful experience at Home Depot yesterday evening! My husband dropped me off to quickly purchase a small metric screw while he went to get gas, so I didn’t want to take too long. I asked at the register if someone could help me, and Oracio stepped in. He truly went above and beyond. It took some time because they didn’t have the exact metric size, so he helped convert it to make sure I got the right fit. Then I asked for a recommendation on a lightweight, cordless drill, and he found the perfect one — along with the right drill bits — at an excellent price. I'd like to sincerely thank Leisa in the Paint department for going above and beyond in helping me purchase a gallon of paint a couple of weeks ago. She had no idea of what a blessing this was with trying to get some home projects done before the freeze while also managing a multitude of family medical issues. She (and Steve, as well) are top-notch employees with incredible knowledge and caring hearts! Thank you!

So I had quite the experience getting my dryer installed. If you buy a stackable washer and dryer or one of those 2. Make sure you get a stacking kit on the same order form. Special thanks to Jose the install manager and his helper for coming out themselves to install it. Special thanks to Liz the manager for figuring out a way to make it happen. I had a lot of grief getting it installed but it is finally installed.

I can’t say enough about the amazing service at Home Depot Wylie (#6589)! Fabian, Ashley, Tex, and Ray went above and beyond to help me get Christmas lights for my landscapers. They expedited my order, made sure I had exactly what was needed, and even tested every strand so I wouldn’t have to return anything. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail completely exceeded my expectations. Home Depot is a little farther from my home than other stores, but I will gladly make the extra drive from now on. This team has earned a lifelong customer!

Was a bit of a struggle to rent a truck.. no cash only one cc can be used. Lesson learned
