I had a great experience with Kenneth B, the Pro Account Sales Associate at the Yonkers Home Depot. He took the time to clearly explain the features of the refrigerator and carefully went over the dimensions to make sure it would fit properly in my home. Even though I was in a rush because I was on my lunch hour, Kenneth never made me feel hurried. He truly went above and beyond to help me and made the whole process easy and stress-free. His patience, knowledge, and excellent customer service really stood out. I highly recommend working with him if you’re shopping at this location. I really wish I was able to finish my order at the store, but there was an issue with the computer not showing the product correctly. This place is terrible. All the workers they have are unhelpful, they just stand in the hallways. You ask them a question and they don't know what you're talking about, they can't give you the rightI think the owners of these stores should talk to their employees about paying more attention to costs, because they have sales and are millionaires due to custom. information.

Home Depot and Hub Group delivered the wrong flooring and dumped it on the side of the road with zero assistance bringing it inside. It has now been MONTHS and they still haven’t picked it up. Every time we call, we’re told it’s “scheduled” or “being handled.” Nothing happens. The latest update, on the morning of pickup, we were told that the flooring was “too heavy” for them to take back. Too heavy!? It wasn’t too heavy when they delivered it. Now suddenly it’s too heavy to correct their own mistake? Because of their failure to fix this, our renovation has been completely stalled. Absolutely unacceptable and infuriating experience. The cashiers were clearly more interested in their own personal conversations than in doing their actual job. Customers were standing in line, waiting, watching the line grow longer and longer — and no one bothered to help. The attitude was beyond rude. It felt like I was intruding in someone’s living room, not shopping in a store. Taking 20 minutes to serve ONE customer at the register while everyone else is ignored? Are you serious? I had a long list of things to get and although I am a proud DIY'er I tried to get it all myself. This home depot is great. There are alot more employees then at other sites. I ask three different people they told me where to go but there was one who went above and beyond...Baljeet ....he was funny and super nice and when he didn't know how to help me he found another colleague they both took the time to help me and find the items and I am so grateful as I had hired someone but getting the materials was up to me so I felt so supported like an uncle was shopping with me. He was knowledgeable and helpful great employee I say Baljeet deserves to be the employee of the month !!!! Thank you so much Baljeet.. Happy holidays
