Beautiful showroom with easy parking. There were so many unique and quality design elements in the showroom. We wandered in after already starting a bathroom remodel with another contractor. Lacey showed us around and helped us pick out and order a unique shower tile that became the focal point of our new bathroom. She also helped us pick out complementary tiles for the rest of the shower. At one point, we ran into an issue that required a response from the tile manufacturer and Lacey resolved it quickly. She also went above and beyond to work with our tiler when we ran into an issue with the shampoo\soap box. The pictures won't do it all justice but it came together beautifully. We would definitely work with Home Improvements Group for any future work in our home.

I've been getting daily ad calls from this company for weeks in spite of saying I'm not interested and blocking each new number they call from. They don't listen and I'd NEVER work with a company using that type of deceptive, aggresive tactics.!

The team at Home Improvements Group are wonderful to work with. Chris designed our kitchen 19 years ago. She was very knowledgeable, professional and fun to work with. We love our kitchen. Recently, Lacey and Christy designed and completed work on two of our bathrooms. They are also, very knowledgeable and professional as well as being extremely pleasant to work with. We found them to be responsive to our needs and to the many questions that we had. Throughout the process, our concerns were always met with an overwhelming "We'll take care of it" from Lacey and Christy. They are great at problem solving. They had helpful suggestions and ideas but were also quite receptive to our ideas and what we had in mind. We ended up with something better than we had imagined thanks to this talented tea

I purchased an appliance from Chris on 1/21/2011 at the ISE show on the Sac fairgrounds. I was surprised at how much knowledge she had of the appliance and I felt very confident that I would get great customer service. She even provided free delivery to my home. This was over 11 years ago, but I'll never forget how she really took care of me. Very professional and warm person. Thank you again for providing excellent service. I still have the appliance after 11 years!
