Hudson & Co Floors exceeded all my expectations, and Wayne was beyond exceptional throughout the entire process. His deep knowledge of wood and the services they provide is unmatched. I changed my mind twice, even after the order was placed, (yet not started) and Wayne remained patient and understanding the entire time. The responsiveness was incredible—moments after reaching out, I had all the information I needed. I was also looking for custom sizes with an unusual degree end cut, and they didn’t blink an eye at the request. I’m so grateful they were recommended to me and can’t wait to share photos of the final result. I truly wish everyone I worked with during my renovation was as professional, patient, and knowledgeable as Wayne.
