Buyer beware! We bought one there and it would not work. Told us on the phone to bring it back, we did. We’re told off in the office by and older gentleman and gave us a number to have someone repair it named John. We had him stop by, told us it was a warranty repair but charged over $300 to look at it. That was in July and kept promising that he’d be brining the piece back the next week to fix it. Called him several times and he says that they keep ordering the wrong piece for him, now he won’t answer calls. I strongly encourage anyone to not buy anything from here. We finally called another local guy and just had him replace the whole unit. Not only were we told they would stand behind it, they never did, we were treated so rude when we came back to try to get it serviced. They told us

We bought our system a year ago and it costed us $4,800. When the temperature would get 30 or below the unit would freeze up and not go into defrost mode until 3 hours then it would not fully defrost. I have called and called numerous times, the receptionist is always nice but Rick will never call back or he's never available to speak to. However, before I bought the unit I spoke to him several times and he had no problem answering all my question before making the purchase. He explained to me that if I buy the unit from him I would have zero problems with warranty. However, that has not been the case I have been given the run around and nothing has been done.
