The Idaho Falls Plumbing Company

These guys quoted me a price of $1500 to $1800 for a leaking shower faucet replacement. I don't have that kind of money as I am on a fixed income. I told them I would get back to them. I called another plumber and he replaced 2 gaskets, 2 springs and stopped the leak. Cost me $40. My advice is get a second opinion.

I had a toilet break 2 days before hosting a large Thanksgiving gathering. They were able to install a new toilet same day! I am very pleased with the work they did.

Great group of people. Family owned and willing to work with you. They went beyond the normal to fix my shower. I'll call them again. Ask for Weston.

I've used Idaho Falls Plumbing Company a couple of times in the last few weeks, first for a water heater and water softener install and more recently to reposition some water and drain lines for a total renovation that we're doing on our master bathroom. In all cases, they've been a great company to deal with. Jason in particular has been awesome at communicating, something we've found lacking with some other contractors in the region. When there was something a little tricky to go over, Chad (the owner) came out himself to review what needed to be done. All in all I'm totally satisfied and they are now my go-to plumbers if I need anything done. (Props to Weston and Rick, too!)

We had such a great experience with these guys!! I will be recommending them to all friends and anyone else!! We had another company no show us, which was very frustrating! But these guys were quick to answer my questions and get out for a quote! They were prompt on the appointment time and able to help us with everything we needed done! We had a list of things we wanted done, from new valves to sink hook ups and water softener install. They came and looked everything over, gave us a fair quote and were able to do everything on the spot! They were so good to walk me through everything and very thorough on making sure everything was installed correctly!! Very knowledgeable and professional! 10/10
