1 star is being generous honestly. I give 5 to Jennifer and Blaine the electrician. Jennifer was helpful and responsive when others were not and Blaine came did his job and stayed to help others. I guess maybe I get 1 star for being trusting that when someone says they are going to do something they will. I guess that is not the case with the project manager. The communication was horrendous. I was told people would be at my house, then they didn’t show. The number of lies in text messages is countless. My least favorite part is when we told one of the guys to leave our house since being told he would be there at a certain time and showed up 2 hours later. Now, not his fault, he didn’t tell us that, the project manger of course had, but we told him to leave and he said no!!!! Not

Can’t say enough about this company, very reasonably priced and professional! They did a beautiful remodel of my kitchen, living room and fireplace. I will most definitely use them for all future renovation projects. Special shout out to Andy and Laz who are an absolute pleasure to work with!

I'm really impressed with my new deck and screen room. The Improvement Company did exactly what I asked and then some! Everyone who visits my home. Go crazy when they see our back yard design. I could never think them enough. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional job done on their deck or screen room. They even added surround sound outside and mounted TVs on both my deck and screen room.See pictures below.👏😀

I have used Dan and The Improvement Company a few times for smaller jobs and have always been impressed with the work. When it was time to renovate my dated, builder-grade kitchen I thought of no one else to trust with the job. Dan and his crews are both professional and timely. I felt comfortable going on vacation and giving them the code to my garage. To say that I am impressed is an understatement. They turned my drab and boring kitchen into something that should be in design magazines. They helped us reimage the layout and moved appliances and replaced the built-in sink. New cabinets had to be built for the renovations and the craftsmanship on the cabinets makes it to where you can't even tell what was there from the new cabinets. We have used this company multiple times for both our bathroom remodels. The first remodel was just a new tub and counter la which came out great. Our master bath was a complete fit where we installed a new 5 foot shower. The craftsmanship turned out amazing and the company was very helpful in creating every aspect we wanted it to be. Would definitely recommend
