Michael G. is the best! He was very professional and personable, and answered my million questions with enthusiasm and reassuring knowledgeability. He was adept at picking up on my family-related sensitivities and was proactive at addressing those safety concerns. Easy and informative conversation. I never expected to enjoy a visit from pest control!

David came to work at my house today (on Christmas Eve!) and he was just one of the nicest techs you've sent. But, I think The Killers must hire and train nice people intentionally. Thanks, Paul, for coming today insuring that I feel safe for Christmas!

Very professional and resonsive. If you're lucky, you may get Chelsea as your tech! Couln't have recived a better tecnician, who was so on top of any issue we had. I've tried multiple other services that cost me much more and never resolved our issues. Going with Killers was one of the best decisions i've made all year. Thank you! Rafferty was absolutely awesome! He came out and checked on some possible termite tubes. He determined they were inactive and someone already destroyed the top of the tubes. To avoid future confusion, he remove the rest of the tubes. We really appreciate his expertise and professionalism!

Armando is great. He phoned earlier in the day to schedule a time and then again when he got here. We have a dog that is often out in the yard and he made sure to give me enough notice to bring the dog inside. He is always friendly and I appreciate the communication. Thank you.
