on 6/4 i had new countertop put in but someone named JR. the job was not done professionally, the gaps in between the wall and countertop were very inconsistent and they sit on 2 different levels on each side of the oven. I went through home depot and have emailed them multiple times but they are just running in circles and saying they can’t do anything about it and if i want a new countertop i will have to pay for the old ones to get ripped out and pay for new ones to get installed.

We ordered a whole set of countertops for kitchen through home depot. LE Smith installed and damaged them, they started started coming apart at the seams in less than a month. My sink won't even drain because the counters are uneven and they're damaged. They won't even cover under warranty. They refused to even return emails or phone calls and then would lie to Home Depot and say they did. They are the worst. Do not deal with them junk products. Unprofessional not honest at all. Had to file with BBB even.

This is one of the worst companies to work with! They installed my counter tops & they started to separate at the seams in less than 4 months. I called & emailed them for almost 4 months before I could even get a response that they'd send someone out to look at them. The person that they sent was here for no more than five minutes. After not hearing from them from a week, I contacted them again and they said there was nothing they could do, they were not under warranty. Stay away from them!!

We are so pleased with the product and the installation! It looks great! They were professional, courteous, conscientious, and did very good work. Highly recommend.

LE Smith installed countertops in our 1918 home where no wall is square. One of the original counters they installed wasn't perfect and their follow-up was impressive. They replaced the faulty piece quickly and without complaint. Everyone we had contact with, from office personnel to installers was professional, helpful and pleasant to deal with.
