We had a HORRIBLE experience with L&L. They installed our wood floors, carpeting, and tiling in our new build home. The carpets show seems in at every door entry. Every place I lived at (new apartment, 25 year old townhouse, new townhouse, 10 year old single family), I never saw seams, and especially not at EVER door entry. You can also see where the carpet padding fell short. Our upgraded oak stairs were not installed far enough under the baseboards so you can see the sub-flooring when the temperature changes. Some of the engineer hardwood planks came unglued and raised. We were told the planks that had scratches would all be replaced, but then their rep Jaime West lied to us and only replaced less than half of the agreed upon planks. Working for a custom home builder, I send many customers to L&L for their flooring and tile needs. The customers are always happy with the customer service, as well as the installation. Would highly recommend!

BUYER BEWARE Absolutely horrendous experience. They did a terrible job with installation, and they failed to fix their botched job after given multiple opportunities to do so. The cost may look less but you will end up paying it all back with poor experience and headache of trying to get them to fix their mistakes. We were told by other contractors that they frequently fail to live up to their installation and others are hired to fix their mistakes. Constant run around and aloof responses. Let my terrible experience save you future heartache.
