The Lock Doc

These guys were amazing. Our house keys were stolen and we needed to re-key our locks. They called back immediately and showed up to my house only a few hours after my initial call to re-key our home. They were kind, courteous, extremely professional and super efficient. They gave us much needed peace of mind at a very reasonable price too. I'm very thankful I called these guys!

The Lock Doc provided excellent service for me today, and really got me out of a jam. They were quick, professional, and even found a way for me to save a few dollars. I am happy to provide the highest review possible.

I should of written this back in August but anyway, the gentleman that assisted us were great Herb and Scott. We lost the keys to a truck and we were stranded, we still had about 14 hours of driving left, and we called multiple companies, but they couldn’t make it out to us for few hours. These guys pick up and were very prompt and responsive, they showed up within 30 minutes and we were back on the road within an 1 hour and 30 after their arrival, we very much appreciated their assistance, very reasonable price too.

I recommend them verry professional helped me get the Alarm off my sisters car and made us a key they know what they are doing in no time they had us back on the road if you needed keys done for your car go to them

We needed my girlfriend's car ignition reprogrammed after it was stolen and we retrieved it, we called Lock Doc before closing and they asked us to call them back the following day, ended up getting a 10:30am appointment; great communication and response time. They came earlier than they said they would, and the entire service took ~30 minutes, which exceeded my expectations. The entire process was well walked through, they answered all our questions respectfully, their knowledge in this service reassured me of their quality. That, on top of a very reasonable price point, gave a lasting first impression.
